CORPORATE GOVERNANCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF PJSC «UKRAINIAN RAILWAYS»

Abstract
The article substantiates the importance of corporate governance in the development of the social responsibility of rail transport. The conceptual provisions of corporate social responsibility management are presented. As a result of the analysis of the theoretical positions, it was clarified that corporate social responsibility has five stages of implementation in the activity of rail transport. This allowed allocating additional mechanisms and improving the conceptual provisions of the formation of the corporate social responsibility model of PJSC «Ukrainian Railways». The developed provisions will create the basis for ensuring the harmonious development of rail transport in Ukraine.
