CORRECTION AND PREVENTION OF THE SYNDROME EMOTIONAL BURNOUT OF DOCTORS

Abstract
It is analyzed, that the activity of people, that belongs to the system of “human – human” professions is characterized by the fact, that they contain a large number of situations with high emotional saturation and the complexity of interpersonal communication, and this requires the expert to make a significant contribution to establishing trust and managing emotional tense of professional communication. It is important to take timely measures to prevent professional burnout of doctors, and it is also necessary to implement measures, that will help reduce the effect of the main factors, that cause burnout.
