Creating an intellectual product as a result of the implementation of enterprise innovation policy

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the nature, the economic essence of intellectual capital, as well as the peculiarities of the process of obtaining and recognizing an intellectual product as a result of the enterprise's innovation policy implementation. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the general and specific research methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. The article establishes that the realization of the intellectual product is the result of conducting an effective innovation policy and using intellectual capital at the enterprise level in the conditions of knowledge economy. The essence of intellectual capital and its distinctive features from the intellectual product at the enterprise are determined. Practical value. The article substantiates that the implementation of the proposed measures will help to increase the efficiency of innovation policy at the enterprise. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used in the practice of enterprises of all branches.
