CREATING FAVOURABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE DISSEMINATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INSURANCE BUSINESS

Abstract
The basic determinants of a favourable environment for the development of insurance market are analysed. The innovation division in the insurance market concerning new technologies, institutions, or markets, which have the nature of processes, and also kinds and products of insurance, are grounded. The given innovations create new threats in other areas, which generate new risks and types of insurance. The fact, mentioned above, creates the need for increasing financial literacy among the population for the sustainable development of the insurance industry.
