Creating the history: formation of the fourth generation of human rights.

Abstract
The paper considers major milestones of human rights by the time of actualization. Identified that scientific and technological advancement as opened up new opportunities for evolving of human rights – the fourth generation, that consists of biological rights, rights based on sexual orientation and sexual identity and information rights. The paper focused on separate rights of defined groups of rights. The research both focuses and heads forward by legislative dimension. Certain rights enshrined in national and foreign legislations.
