CREATION OF EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT MECHANISM - GROUND FOR ENTERPRISE'S EFFICIENCY

Abstract
One of the reasons of Ukrainian enterprises' low efficiency is their not efficient enough management mechanism. It was found that the main component of management mechanism is economic mechanism. Ownerships relations are not perfect at Ukrainian enterprises, unlike many international corporations. Enterprise's organizational structure is not stable, it is subjected to changes, that should be taken into account during management mechanism creation. As the result of the investigation performed, the following ways of management mechanism improvement are proposed: qualitative improvement of economic mechanism; reformation of ownership relations considering foreign experience; improvement of internal management mechanism; qualitative improvement of human capital; improvement of organizational structure; innovations introduction into all activities of enterprises; social welfare increase of employees; corporate culture improvement. Special attention should be paid to qualitative improvement of human capital that requires regular skills upgrades, education obtaining, employees' involvement in managerial processes.
