Creation of light industry enterprises’ potential to country

Abstract
The article covers questions of forming potential of enterprises of light industry. It is defined that light industry of Ukraine is one of most socially meaningful industry and analyzed state of the industry and it is given efficiency of use business potential. Industry consists of 17 sub industries and has productive potential capable to produce the wide range of general of goods that is able to satisfy all demand of internal market. Multi-profile trade production concern “Textile-contact” is leader of internal market. Enterprises of industry are located in all regions of Ukraine concentrated about 7% of total number of industrial and production potential of industry and 2.4 % of production assets. But modern state of light industry can be described as unsatisfactory and very unstable. It is explained by a general crisis of light industry. There are a lot of problems (cheap and bad quality of imported goods, problems of crediting of industry, reduction of consumer demand, system of taxation) lead to decline of light industry in Ukraine and as a consequence to reduction of employment in light industry of Ukraine. It is defined the list of problem of development and increase of potential light industry. Potential of enterprise is explicit and hidden backup capabilities of enterprise that can be used for the achievement certain goal enterprises in aggregate with resources, supplies and production capacity. Enterprises cannot effectively work due to the shortage of capital investments and investments in development of new technique and technologies related hi-tech equipment. There is proposed the ways of forming of potential of enterprises of industry and main stages of their implementation in that difficult process.
