CREATIVE ACTIVITY AS A CONDITION FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN ADOLESCENCE LIFE

Abstract
In this article, the problem of developing the creative initiative of the student is considered as an integrative indicator of his creative activity. A theoretical-methodological analysis of approaches to the definition of concepts of creativity, activity and initiative is presented. An empirical study of the features of the motivation of students’ learning activities with different levels of development of creative thinking has been carried out. Based on the work done and practical experience, the article presents the author's understanding of the concept of «creative initiative».
