CREATIVE WAYS TO INTEGRATE CENTERS INTO DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
Journal Title: International scientific journal Science and Innovation - Year 2025, Vol 4, Issue 1
Abstract
This article discusses how creativity can be integrated into frontal activities and center-based activities in early childhood education. It analyzes the creative mechanisms for integrating frontal activities and center-based activities. In these activities, the educator organizes the sessions with the children and manages their thinking and activities. These activities aim to develop creative thinking and problem-solving skills. On the other hand, they allow children to independently engage in activities based on their interests and desires, helping them express their individual creativity. The article examines the role of integrating frontal lessons and center-based activities through the STEAM methodology (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) to enhance educational effectiveness. Through this methodology, children simultaneously explore the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, allowing them to showcase their creative abilities. This integration provides opportunities for children to conduct practical experiments and study subjects like physics and mathematics through the fusion of art, science, and creativity. The article also analyzes pedagogical mechanisms, such as principles, methods, tools, and technologies applied in the educational process, which are aimed at developing creative thinking and creativity. This article provides valuable information and recommendations for implementing quality and effective pedagogical practices in early childhood education institutions.
