CREATIVITY AS THE BASIS OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF ENGINEERS-TEACHERS

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «creativity» on the basis of the analysis of works of domestic and foreign scientists; the structure of the engineer-teacher activity is analyzed and it is determined that the pedagogical component is the most favorable for forming the creativity of future specialists of this profile; The main structural components of creativity of future engineers-teachers are outlined: emotional and motivational, cognitive-activity, productive; the definition of a creative engineer-teacher is formulated; listed the most important features of a creative engineer-educator.
