CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND WORLD STANDARDS

Abstract
The article examines the international experience of the investigation of a lawyer in criminal proceedings , including for the purpose of refuting suspicions (accusation). The author examines the possibility to conduct an investigation of a lawyer in the European countries (France , Germany , UK) and the United States of America.
