CRIMINAL LAW PROTECTION OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the current regulations, which provide a mode of criminal legal protection of industrial property rights in Ukraine. We study the structure of crimes against industrial property rights under the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as indicate the specifics of their study subjects. The ways of eliminating existing legal framework gaps.
