Criminal-legal characteristics of the objective side of misuse of authority without purpose

Abstract
The article examines the features of the object and the objective side, characterizing the unlawful taking over of a car without the purpose of theft. The features of the objective side are illustrated by concrete examples from judicial practice. The analysis of the elements of the objective side is given taking into account the recommendations of the Supreme Court. The article also reveals the differences between the objective side of stealing from theft.
