CRIMINAL-LEGAL NATURE OBJECT OF CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract
Article by examining individual provisions of Criminal Code, which governs minor offenses and Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses governing offense described pravlinski not object of criminal offense. It is concluded that right always taken into account in law essence of unlawful acts, and this leads to existence of administrative offenses acts not managerial. In addition, proven criminal legal nature of object of criminal offense.
