Criminal liability for violation of antitrust law in Ukraine and the United States of America: some observations.

Abstract
The article deals with some issues of criminal law protection of economic competition relations under the law of Ukraine and federal law of the United States. Some socio-economic determinants of the relevant crimes are disclosed, and ways of legislative regulation of the issues of countering anti-competitive abuses in the two states are highlighted. A conclusion is made that the need for the existence of a special criminal prohibition on violation of competition regime remains relevant to this day.
