Criminal liability principle derived of alien action

Abstract

In recent situation based on current principles according to the criminal law everyone are responsible for his act and no one can ask for others responsibility. Therefore Iranian legislator accept criminal responsibility (liability) derived of alien action in Islamic punishment law and other laws and whiles mature liability as a criminal responsibility derived of alien act based on jurisprudence commands which was before Islam accepted by Islamic law. After Islamic revolution in Iran it has been considered by legislators. Some of lawyers and law makers did not accept mature reliance in wergild payment currently but Islamic punishment law published in 2013 based on act 463 to 470 has been discussed about mature as a wergild payment responsible in special case and based on the law.
