Crisis management as a way of prevention of bankruptcy of enterprise

Abstract
The paper deals with the issue of the crisis managment as a way of prevention of bankruptcy and overcoming the crisis phenomena on the enterprise in the unstable economic conditions of menage. Define the concept of "crisis management", selected and grouped the key characteristics of the crisis management system. Shows the basic group of goals crisis management, and proved the objective necessity of its implementation in the enterprise.
