Abstract
This article investigates the theoretical aspects of crisis management human resources in enterprises with a key while the most expensive business asset is the staff. Unfortunately, the crisis is forcing managers to reduce the cost of labor. It is important to do it properly and without heavy losses. The aim of the article is to investigate the process of crisis management human resources in the enterprise. The main objectives of the study are: studing and systematization the theoretical issues in order to improve the system of governance of the organization; develop proposals for improving the management and evaluation of the effectiveness of proposals that were made. Particularly challenging process of crisis management manpower is very difficult for large enterprises and companies with geographically distributed structure , where is difficult to objectively assess the role of each employee in the business development of the company. However , the management of human resources is one of the most important functions in business strategy , because in today's production role of man is growing , and his skills , knowledge and qualifications imposed increasingly high requirements . In this article it is proved that crisis management personnel includes not only the formal organization of personnel , but also a set of social and psychological factors , the moral character of democratic management style, careful attitude to human needs, considering its specific features , and so on. Further research efforts should be aimed at developing the algorithm steps of operation personnel policy in the crisis and identify potential threats to the efficient operation of domestic enterprises in foreign markets.
