Critical-constructivist concept of physical socialization

Abstract
Children and young people of school age spent a large part of the day on learning, working mainly mentally. This involves chronic exposure to a seated position and staying indoors. Therefore, it is advisable to fill free time with physical activity, which will strike a balance between mental and physical performance. The terms "physical culture", "socialization movement", "physical education" have been used for a long time in the sciences of physical culture. However, their importance started to be recognize by other branches of science, especially by humanities departments, dealing with the study of human behavior in different geographical and cultural contexts, and at the level of small groups. The physicality of the human ceased to be a value in itself and has become one of the components of an individual’s personality, subject to a detailed analysis. To this day, however, skipping the conceptual and theoretical findings in the field happens, committing an error of treating human physicality as something separate.
