Critical success factors to achieve organizational effectiveness of higher technological institutes in la Libertad Peru 2021

Abstract
The current research entitled critical success factors and organizational effectiveness of higher technological institutes in La Libertad –Peru, 2021; aimed to determine to what extent critical success factors influence the organizational effectiveness ofHigher Technological Institutes in La Libertad –Peru, 2021; and for that purpose, an application-observational cross-sectional study was applied, with a quantitative approach of explanatory level and with a descriptive-causal correlational design; the sample was made up of 66 Higher Technological Institutes of La Libertad, which were represented by their headmasters and to whom two 20-item questionnaires were applied in order to obtain the values of each dimension and variables presented in this research; thus, the obtained result was a Spearman’s Rho Coefficient of 0.739 and a coefficient of multiple R determination of 0.767, which lead to the conclusion that the values of the organizational effectiveness are influenced, in a 76.7%, by the results from the critical success factors
