Critical technologies in defense sphere. A new view

Abstract
The main focus of this paper is on the emphasis on addressing critical issues in the development of critical technologies. The article presents a comparative analysis of the structuring of critical technologies of Ukraine, the USA, France, Germany and Russia. The new structure of the division of critical technologies is proposed in three groups: existing, new and promising, which gives an opportunity to focus not only on promising weapons, but also on critical issues of existing ones. A new interpretation of the term "critical technologies" is proposed, which makes it possible to unify the concept. A different approach to responsibility for the development of critical technologies is described.
