CULINARY TOURISM IN THE OPINION OF STUDENTS OF WARSAW UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
The paper is an attempt to describe the phenomenon of the culinary tourism tied with attraction of the Polish village. The analysis have been conducted universities. It was found that that students know the concept of tourism culinary, and they associate it mainly with the tasting of regional dishes. Respondents think that the travel into the given place in Poland or in the world in order to get to know the traditional kitchen or to prepare the specific dish can be interesting.<br/><br/>
