CURRENT CORRUPTION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the perspective of overcoming corruption risks in Ukraine. The publication reviews and analyzes the negative phenomena and processes of corruption. A universal approach to the conceptual-categorical characterization of this negative phenomenon is proposed, taking into account modern scientific and practical experience in legal science and practice.
