CURRENT ISSUES OF SOCIAL GERONTOLOGY

Abstract
This article discusses the current issues of social gerontology. In particular, today, globalized loneliness and an increase in the proportion of elderly people in the population are observed in all countries. In this regard, opinions were given about the UN population studies and the activities of providing medical and social assistance to the elderly and lonely elderly in our country.
