Current Manifestations of Nationalism and Xenophobia in the Moscow Megalopolis

Abstract
The article raises and names actual and for Russia and its capital city of Moscow „unpleasant“ topic, namely: growth and intensification of national and ethnic conflicts, xenophobic expressions and moods. Introduced matter resonated particularly and specifically in the last election politicized struggle associated with the Russian parliamentary (December 2011) and presidential (March 2012) elections. In this paper the author attempts to name the main causes of these negative phenomena recovery in the Russian society, to outline the possible outcomes of positive management, local, regional and all-society solution
