CURRENT PROBLEMS OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES COMPETITIVENESS FORMATION

Abstract
In terms of European integration and globalization, the main goal of the state policy of Ukraine in the sphere of AIC is to promote the development of the agricultural sector and its competitiveness on domestic and foreign markets, to ensure food security of the country, to preserve the peasantry as a bearer of Ukrainian identity, culture and spirituality. Among the many issues related to the improvement of state regulation of the agricultural sector, to the increase of the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, agricultural production and the industry as a whole, the most important in our view is the regulation of economic and legal issues of land relations in high concentration of agricultural production and integration processes in AIC economic space. To ensure the formation of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises it is necessary, first of all, to implement an innovative approach to the management of the state agrarian economy. Such vertical agri-structures as agricultural holdings implicitly allow agricultural enterprises of this type the use of modern forms and methods of management, increasing product quality and reducing its cost, successfully compete not only in the domestic market of agricultural products, but also in the foreign one. However, the issue of the moratorium on the alienation of agricultural land remains open, the cancellation or continuation of which is debatable among scholars and politicians. The article deals with some aspects of the economic and legal problems of the agricultural sector of Ukraine and possible solutions related to the right of ownership of agricultural land in terms of the integration processes of economy in order to develop and support the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.
