Abstract
Building an Ideal Model of a Future Creative Personality is Based on Experience and analysis of the prospects for the development of inter-university cultural, artistic and educational ties. First of all, it is creative innovation. Vocational education is changing its main function (accordingly, the creative personality) - socialization, especially through social innovation.
