Current state and prospects of development of the leading aircraft manufacturers of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article was analyzed the present situation, quality of management and the basic features of the three leading aircraft building enterprises of Ukraine – concern "Antonov", the Kharkiv aircraft building plant and ZPO "Motor Sich". It was determined that the engine’s production enterprise "Motor Sich" functions rather well, the concern "Antonov" situates in average condition, but it significantly loses the markets and does not have a qualitative development, the Kharkov aircraft manufacturing company is the actual bankrupt. Overall, all three leaders of the Ukrainian aircraft manufacturing industry lags behind the requirements of the competitive environment and the requirements of the present time that situation. It is concluded that to ensure the development of leading enterprises of aviation industry of Ukraine it is required the incorporation and integration into the world aircraft manufacturing industry.
