CUSTOM FORMALITIES IN RELATION TO COMMODITIES THAT MOVE THROUGH CUSTOM BORDER OF UKRAINE LINES OF ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION

Abstract
The article is sanctified to description of custom formalities with the selection of actions that is executed at moving of electric power through the custom border of Ukraine by the lines of electricity transmission. It is set that at such moving the next custom formalities related to custom registration are executed: declaration; acceptance of customs declaration; registration of customs declarations; completion customs registration; report custom about the volumes of moved electric power; grant of additional declaration. It is found out, that only custom formality that is related to custom control is executed, namely actual control.
