Custom formalities related to custom registration of commodities in the point of admission in case of their import by a railway transport to Ukraine

Abstract
The article is sanctified to the analysis of custom formalities that is executed at custom registration of commodities in the point of admission through the state boundary of Ukraine incase of their import on custom territory of Ukraine by a railway transport. It is set that in case of import on custom territory of Ukraine of commodities, luggage, loadluggage by a railway transport it can be accepted four variants of decision. Depending on every accepted decision the custom formalities related to custom registration is different. It is proved that depending on a load-consignee (physical or legal person) by a legislation the envisaged variants of the use of different customs declarations, that, in turn, influences on custom formalities at custom registration.
