Customs control of a rolling stock of a railway transport

Abstract
This article focuses on the description and detail of the order of conducting customs control of a rolling stock of a railway transport. It was established that the following forms of customs control are applied to a rolling stock of railway transport: checking documents and information, examination and re-examination of rail vehicles. It is determined the circle of people who are taking participation in customs formalities regarding a rolling stock of the railway transport - railway, customs. It is proved that the customs control of the rolling stock of the railway transport consists of the following customs formalities: notification of customs officials about the crossing of the customs border of Ukraine by a rolling stock of a railway transport and reception of relevant documents; work with submitted documents and acceptance of appropriate decision; carrying out of a customs examination (re-examination) of a rolling stock of railway transport.
