CUSTOMS REGIMES IN SHIPBUILDING AND TREIR ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article investigated topical issues introduction of customs regimes, which is due to the need to establish a certain status goods, moved across the border to prevent of their chaotic importation and exportation of and ensure customs control. Analyzed the ability to enforce legal regulation customs regimes in shipbuilding to meet the needs of subjects foreign economic activity in spare parts and components for the development of the foreign trade exchange.
