CYCLES AND ANTI-CYCLES OF SOLAR ACTIVITY
Journal Title: Odessa Astronomical Publications - Year 2016, Vol 29, Issue
Abstract
Currently representation of solar cycles on average monthly data and smoothed values on various indexes from the full solar disk is generally accepted. Such representation creates an illusion of monotone change and perceptions of simultaneity of manifestations of solar activity for all solar disc. At the same time, daily monitoring data reveal the presence of discrete properties of manifestations of solar cycle. They are associated with absence of spots on the Sun in the northern and southern hemispheres at different intervals. This phenomenon is defined as anti-cycle of solar activity. Properties of discreteness of anti-cycles are presented in this paper on "spotless days’ periods". On their basis the appropriate monthly and annual data was received. The basic characteristics of the manifestations of the discreteness of activity anti-cycles had been determined. It noted the «switch effect» of the existence of the solar dynamo. It manifests itself in the rapid transition from a regime of «spotless days» to the regime of continuous generation.

Fixed points of mapping of N-point gravitational lenses
In this paper, we study fixed points of N-point gravitational lenses. We use complex form of lens mapping to study fixed points. Complex form has an advantage over coordinate one because we can describe N-point gravitation...
STRONTIUM ABUNDANCES IN COOL DWARF STARS OF GALACTIC THIN AND THICK DISKS
We revise the strontium abundances in FGK stars with metallicities ranging from −1.0 < [Fe/H] < +0.3. The observed stars belong to the substructures of the Galaxy thick and thin discs. The observations were conducted usi...
THE RESEARCH OF VARIATION OF THE PERIOD AND PRECESSION OF THE ROTATION AXIS OF EGS (AJISAI) SATELLITE BY USING PHOTOMETRIC MEASUREMENT
The light curves of EGS Ajisai with temporal resolution of 20 ms referred to the time scale UTC (GPS) with an error of at most 0.1 ms were obtained. The observed flashes are produced when the mirrors which cover the spin...
ASTEROIDS SEARCH RESULTS IN DIGITIZED OBSERVATIONS OF THE NORTHERN SKY SURVEY PROJECT (KITAB PART)
Photographic observations of XX century contained numerous and varied information about all objects and events of the Universe fixed on the astronegatives. The original and interesting observations of small bodies of the...
LUMINOSITY-LINEAR SIZE RELATION FOR GALAXIES AND QUASARS WITH STEEP RADIO SPECTRUM
Our data for sources with steep radio spectrum, detected with radio telescope UTR-2 at the decametre band give evidence on the great luminosities, linear sizes, characteristic ages of these objects. In connection with su...
