CYFRYZACJA POSTPOWANIA CYWILNEGO

Abstract
Niniejszy artykuł omawia ustawa z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. o zmianie ustawy – Kodeks cywilny, ustawy – Kodeks postępowania cywilnego oraz niektórych innych ustaw. Przedmiotowy akt wprowadza nową, dokumentową form czynności prawnych oraz modyfikuje istniejce przepisy procedury cywilnej i egzekucyjnej. Stanowi dalszy etap cyfryzacji postępowania, wprowadzajc podstawy do tworzenia kolejnych instytucji elektronicznych. Nowelizacja obejmuje take elektroniczne postępowanie upominawcze oraz przepisy prawa egzekucyjnego, dotyczce elektronicznej wymiany pism oraz elektronicznej licytacji ruchomości. Wprowadza także instytucję Rejestru Spadkowego oraz oficjalnych list adwokatów, radców prawnych, radców Prokuratorii Generalnej, prokuratorów i rzeczników patentowych.
