Abstract
According to the 2012 Chapel Hill nomenclature, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's) (GPA) is a necrotizing granulomatous inflammation, usually involving the upper and lower respiratory tract, and a necrotizing vasculitis involving small and medium-sized vessels.
