D2UIGP: A Development Work for the User Interface Design in Grid Portals

Abstract
Nowadays when we talk about Grid computing, it is important to emphasize the importance that it is having on the development various human areas, but it is also important to mention Grid portals and the impact these are having on the development of Grid computing, at serving as support in researches using this technology. In this paper, we present an overview of the importance of Grid portals and outstanding points will be announced on the use of HCI to the design of these portals, taking in consideration the usability that these must have.
