Daugiakriterinis produkto kokybės vertinimas

Abstract
Produkto kokybės vertinimas yra kompleksinis ir sudėtingas uždavinys. Straipsnyje analizuojami skirtingi kokybės vadybos modeliai bei jų sąveika su žinių vadybos modeliais ir siūloma produkto kokybės įvertinimo kriterijų sistema. Analizuojamos daugiakriterinių metodų taikymo galimybės produkto kokybei vertinti. Remiantis produkto kokybės kriterijų sistemos rodikliais ir žvalgybinio tyrimo rezultatais įvertinama produktų kokybė, taikant daugiakriterinio vertinimo metodus.
