Abstract

It is perfectly normal to keep in mind that the online environment is fast, effective and has enough resources to support a wide range of uses in online negotiation. The spread of online negotiation process, even as part of workgroup decision support systems, is an advantage that cannot be ignored, if one wishes to keep up with the continuously changing and challenging business environment.
