Dealing with uncertainty when making strategic decisions. A review of concepts and methods

Abstract
The article presents methods of enterprise strategy identification in unpredictable conditions.Both the method of strategic planning and the method of real options were regarded as possibleand intentional. Another way of strategy identification is to formulate organizational “simplerules of action” instead of a strategy in the traditional sense. The author points out that the greatestpotential in formulating strategies lies in a resource language that focuses on making useof opportunities.
