Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 9
Abstract
Supply chain has gained attention of many researchers. In today competitive world, suppliers not only try to improve domestic conditions, but also choose the best markets and suppliers (according to globalization phenomenon). The issue of evaluation is important in supply chain. In order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs, organizations should consider supply chain from providing primary crud materials to final consumer. Selection of the best options in above decision making procedure requires the analysis of many criteria which organizations encounter with multi criteria decision making procedure. In this research fuzzy multi criteria decision making procedure has been applied. The statistical population involves all suppliers of items and parts of Havasan Company. In this research, firstly, the important criteria in evaluation of items suppliers were collected by questionnaire and the main criteria were chosed and their importance grade was specified by other questionnaire; consequently, the suppliers were graded in ten groups by using Fuzzy Topsis. In this research the analysis and grading of group A as one of the studied company suppliers have been proposed.
