Decision Making In Committees

Abstract
This paper utilized descriptive approach to explore decision making in committee. The study investigates issues within the following framework. Firstly, it looked at the committees as well as individual. It then explicates decision making in general and the process of decision making. The decision making models as well as decision making in committed were reviewed. However, the paper highlighted limitations faced by committees in their decision making efforts. Recommendations to such limitations were suggested and the paper was finally wrapped up with conclusions.
