Declaration of interests as a warning mechanism of a conflict of interest in the parliamentary practice: European experience and Ukrainian realities

Abstract
The problem of the Interest declaration by the members of parliament as a governance mechanism of the prevention of conflicts of interest has been research in the article. The ways for improving the legal framework of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine have been defined as a result of the synthesis of European experience of the introduction of legal obligation by the member of parliament to register the private interests and norms of the Ukrainian legislation in the prevention and the settlement of conflicts of interest.
