Abstract

The destiny of a true man includes honesty and generosity, dignity and responsibility, but also, last but not least, the spirit of duty for a Child’s Life. The launch of projects by police employees is intended to increase the safety of people with a minimum of investment and maximum effort by the police and active involvement of local government and residents, insisting on civic responsibility of citizens at community level. Their basic aim is to promote programs to prevent anti-social actions in order to create a safer environment for the community and to establish a beneficial dialogue between the Police, the population and local public authorities.
