DEFINITION OF CHARACTERISTICS OF STOCKS OF SPARE PARTS FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE MAINTENANCE OF DIESEL LOCOMOTIVES

Abstract
In clause questions of formation of stocks of spare parts for service of diesel locomotives which allow estimating qualitatively their level from the point of view of the theory of mass service are considered. On the basis of the lead researches it is certain, that the basic condition of stable logistics at service of locomotives is formation and the control of stocks of corresponding kinds of details over all kinds of storage (shops, platforms, pantries). Thus it was considered, that such supply has mass character. The method which allows on the basis of statistical characteristics and parameters of reliability, during operation of the locomotive is offered, to estimate the charge of limiting spare parts. On the basis of the received data the procedure of payments for definition of the rational quantitative size of spare parts which can be repaired and such which can be utilized only is offered. Are created schedule dependence's which consider probability of refusals and time of updating of the failed details which practically enable the attendants imperatively to define the necessary quantity of spare parts of this or that type and to form on this basis their corresponding stock.
