DEFINITION OF LAW OF STATE ADMINISTRATION OF PROPERTY

Abstract
In the article the incorrectness of identifying the definition “administration of property” and “disposition of prop-erty” is clarified. Debatable question of definition of law of state administration of property is researched. The state administration affairs in the field of scope of law regulation are classified and their special features are identified. The idea that state administration of property is a special authority of a public owner is been disproved. It is noted private authority of disposer is always preciser than owner’s authority. It is been emphasized on the specification of under-standing the term “property management” at application in the public relations and features of legal regulation. Im-perfection of a legislative definition about management of objects of a state-owned property is explained. Legislative designation of the purpose of management of objects of a state-owned property is criticized. Author’s definition of the right of public administration by property is given
