DEFINITION OF THE CONSENT AGREEMENT IN THE ECONOMIC LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article deals with the study of theoretical approaches to the institution of a consent agreement in economic legal proceedings, the position of judicial authorities regarding the legal nature of the consent agreement in the legal proceedings, the concept of a consent agreement in economic legal proceedings from the standpoint of industry and its economic and procedural nature is proposed.
