DEFINITION OF THE STRUCTURE, CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE IN THE TEACHER-ORGANIZER IN POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract
As part of the further reform of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukraine, the issues of developing the professional competence of the teacher-organizer in the period of his work activity were actualized. According to the Concept of the New Ukrainian School their role and tasks in the educational process have changed, the search for new forms of professional development that will ensure their competitiveness in the labor market and create conditions for the continuous development of professional competence is being emphasized. To meet this challenge, the article considers the contents of the corresponding structure of the professional competence of the teacher-organizer of the institution of general secondary education.
