Abstract
<p><em>Розглянуто окремі теоретичні питання щодо відновлення земель як напряму їх охорони. Зроблено висновок, що суспільні відносини, які виникають з приводу відновлення земель, є самостійною складовою земельних відносин, а, отже, входять до предмета земельного права. Встановлено специфічні ознаки, притаманні зазначеним відносинам.</em></p>
