DELIMITATION OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE OF PROPERTY RIGHTS FROM RELATED LEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the delimitation of a contract of sale and purchase of property rights from related legal constructions. A legal assessment is given, summarizing the main advantages and disadvantages of each of the types of contracts. The author analyzes the correlation of the contract of sale of property rights and the agreement to cession of claim. The result of the research is the description of common features and differences between these contracts. The author thinks about the barter of property rights. Particular attention is paid to comparing the contract of alienation of the right to lease land and the contract of sublease of land.
