Dematerialization in environ-mental based on improvement of administration system

Abstract
Based on the methodology of natural resource management grounded main directions of improving the administration of licensing services in the field of nature as a tool to facilitate the process of dematerialization of economic activity. The main entertainment areas of administration services in the field of natural resources; analyzed the work permit centers to issue permits for the use of natural resources and waste management. The proposals for improving the administration of licensing services based on their impact on the process of dematerialization of economic activity.
